About the pictures.

You might notice artwork across several of our pages. Each artwork was created by artists who have spent their time and creative energy to contribute to the work of RCC. It is our goal to develop more ways to integrate these artistic efforts with how we share information about our services, while also ensuring that images featured promote easy understanding and accessibility to our services.
