Bilingual Counselor/Advocate
Rape Crisis Center, Inc. (RCC) is seeking a full-time Spanish and English Languages Bilingual Sexual Assault Counselor/Advocate. This position requires someone with a demonstrated personal commitment and professional experience with Latinx communities to provide individual counseling and group counseling, medical advocacy and legal advocacy to Spanish-speaking victims of sexual assault and/or childhood sexual abuse.

A successful candidate for this position will speak fluent Spanish and competent English, will have, at minimum, a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; a commitment to serving people affected by sexual violence; knowledge of, or commitment to learn, trauma-informed counseling and advocacy skills; and experience and/or training in providing crisis intervention services, client advocacy, and counseling, preferably to victims of sexual assault.

Business Manager
The Rape Crisis Center, Inc. (RCC) is seeking a part-time Business Manager who is responsible for bookkeeping, grant and contract management, financial management, and human resources. The right candidate will have federal, state, local and foundation grant compliance experience to include developing budgets for proposals, balancing multi-grant income and creating financial reports for funders in accordance with their requirements. The position requires someone with demonstrated-proficiency with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office software; 3-5 years minimum experience with bookkeeping; experience with budgeting and audits; ability to work quickly and with a high level of accuracy; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; human resources experience; strong problem-solving skills; ability to balance multiple priorities; clear verbal and written communication skills; and an understanding of and commitment to the mission and work of the Rape Crisis Center.

The ideal candidate will have experience with non-profit bookkeeping and QuickBooks for Nonprofits, and a background working with social justice, social service or crisis intervention organizations.

The Business Manager operates best when available to other members of the team and when participating in agency meetings, so must be in the office four or five days per week.

Marketing & Development Intern (Unpaid)
The Marketing & Development Office of the Rape Crisis Center initiates annual individual, foundation, and corporate fundraising campaigns and events to help fund our helpline, programming, and educational outreach.

The Outreach Specialist - Bilingual helps support the agency's community outreach efforts within the Latinx community. The perfect candidate for this part-time position must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and must have a commitment to increasing collaborations and support within the community. They will work in partnership with the Bilingual Counselor and the Director of Client Programming to help ensure a comprehensive outreach and education strategy for Dane County's Latinx community.
